My stay at this jaw-dropping historic mansion was mind-blowing! The antique furniture and charming atmosphere transported me back in time. The clean and beautiful room, equipped with a flat-screen TV and electric kettle, provided ultimate comfort. I loved the option of using the little kitchen on the second floor, where I could find everything I needed. The delightful dinner in the flower-filled garden was a treat, and the nearby supermarket was super convenient. Free parking was available, which made exploring the area hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was a feast, offering a variety of delicious options. The owner's hospitality was truly exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Highly recommended for a tranquil and unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the fresh air and relaxing atmosphere of the surrounding countryside at Domein Leegendael. The spacious rooms were perfect for our large family, providing comfort and a homely feel. The kids absolutely loved exploring the beautiful gardens and playing in the open spaces. A highlight of our stay was visiting Sauna Caldare and Tillegembos, which were worth the visit and added a fun activity to our family getaway. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste, making it a great start to our days. The hostess was friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We will definitely be recommending Domein Leegendael to other families looking for a relaxing and family-friendly retreat.
For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area or activities specifically catered to children.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the beautiful surroundings in which it is located. The attention to detail in the decoration of the rooms, with a charming and nostalgic middle 20th-century atmosphere, is impressive. Additionally, the staff provides a high level of service, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay.
Although all aspects of this hotel seem to be commendable, there is still room for improvement in terms of the comfort of the beds. Some guests have mentioned that the mattresses were too soft, which could potentially affect the quality of sleep.

The breakfast spread offered a decent variety of fresh produce, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby countryside and town center. the place was also nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxed holiday.
The room was not entirely clean and had a musty smell that made it hard to feel comfortable. the heating system was also quite inefficient, and we struggled to keep warm in the chilly Xmas weather.

Spent my New Year's Eve at a classic country manor house surrounded by extensive grounds. The house was beautifully furnished, with elegant tapestries, chandeliers, and ornate mirrors. The owner was extremely hospitable and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a sheer delight with plenty of fresh produce on offer. The location was perfect for a quiet and peaceful break in the countryside yet close enough to the city to enjoy its attractions and amenities.
Although the beds were comfortable, the mattresses were a little too soft for my liking. The WiFi was poor and made working difficult.
